Part-Time Front Desk Advisor - Housing & Service (Flexible Hours)

Torus Group in the UK is hiring two Customer Service Advisors - Reception on a part-time basis, based at Warrington and St Helens. The roles are 18.5 hours per week with rotating two-week rosters, requiring flexible work across offices.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling housing-related enquiries via reception, phone, email and digital channels, delivering friendly service and ensuring correct guidance while applying company policies.
