Part-Time Floor Supervisor - Lead Retail Team & Customer Experience

B&M Retail are currently recruiting for a Floor Supervisor to join our team at Fosse Lane, Shepton Mallet. This permanent, part-time role (20 hours per week) requires flexibility to work daytime, evenings and weekends.

You will support the Floor Manager to ensure top store standards and excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have experience supervising a small team in fast-paced retail, a can-do attitude, and a passion for delivering great service.
