Part-Time Flexible Senior Care Lead (Bank Hours)

Barchester Healthcare in Norwich is seeking a Bank Senior Care Assistant for a casual, part-time role at one of our care homes. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, delivering person-centred care to residents.

You'll support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or reviews, while maintaining dignity and a warm, welcoming environment. Flexible hours and ongoing training opportunities are provided.
