Part-Time Field Care Supervisor - Community Care Lead

Agincare is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to join the Christchurch/Bournemouth area. You will visit clients, check in with your team, and ensure high-quality, compassionate care in the community.

The role requires experience in social care at a supervisory level, a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle, and availability for 24 hours per week plus on-call duties. Mileage is paid and training is funded up to QCF Level 5.
