Thissupports thestructure of the schoolwhich has a high proportion of shared units and cross-resourcing. Theassociatedperson specification for each role sets out the knowledge and skillsrequiredfor each post, which have alignment to course areas within the school, but do not restrict academic teaching and duties to one course.
