Part-Time Extra Care Housing Coordinator

The Maples is seeking an Extra Care Housing Coordinator on a part-time basis (18.5 hours/week) at Kirkby, Knowsley. You will provide housing-related support, carry out needs assessments, promote independent living and collaborate with families and partner agencies to deliver positive outcomes.

The role focuses on safeguarding, tenancy sustainment and community wellbeing, with a visible, responsive service across specified days.
