Part-Time Disability Support Facilitator - Person-Centred Care

Health-Service-Executive is seeking a Facilitator in Disability based in Celbridge. This part-time role involves providing person-centred support to individuals with complex needs, planning and implementing effective programmes.

The ideal candidate will possess a QQI level 5 Health Care Qualification and a clean driver's licence, along with strong communication skills and a passion for supporting individuals. This opportunity is open to both HSE and non-HSE applicants.
