Part-Time Customer Service Supervisor - Retail Leader

B&M Retail Limited in Scotland is recruiting a Customer Service Supervisor for our Stenhousemuir store on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). You will support the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and the checkout area while delivering excellent service to every customer.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can train colleagues, monitor standards, and ensure the store operates in line with legal and company requirements.
