Job Description
Overview

We are seeking a part-time customer service representative with strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent task management skills, and be a self-starter.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person communication
  • Manage and maintain client files and records
  • Create and manage spreadsheets and other administrative documents using Microsoft Office
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for clients and staff
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed
  • Attend client sites as required
  • Other related duties as assigned
