Part Time Customer Service Assistant

RoleYou'll be a friendly face at Epsom Branch, assisting customers with branch-based products and services. You will open savings accounts, make follow up calls, take incoming calls, and perform daily admin tasks such as booking appointments, scanning, letter writing, handling incoming post and ensuring that customer records are accurate and up to date.
Requirements- Experience of working with customers delivering exceptional service
- Strong attention to detail with good numeracy for accurate cash transactions
- Resilience to handle challenging customer situations
- Passion and drive to achieve good customer outcomes
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office or in house computer packages
