Part-Time Customer Concierge: Fast, Friendly Service

Heriot-Watt University is seeking a part-time Customer Assistant to join our on-campus team in Edinburgh. The 0.77 FTE (27 hours per week) role focuses on delivering a warm, informed welcome and supporting bookings and memberships during shifts.

The ideal candidate will have strong English, basic numeracy, and good IT skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented approach to delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic environment.
