Part-Time Customer Advisor - Personal Banking & Service

Newcastle Building Society is seeking a part-time Customer Adviser to join our frontline team in North Shields. You will greet customers, handle transactions, and help people with savings accounts while delivering outstanding service in a friendly, face-to-face environment.

The role is 21 hours per week across Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9am-5pm, plus Saturday rota shifts. A comprehensive 12-week training programme supports your development and career progression.
