Location: Sowton Industrial Estate, Exeter, EX2
Employment Type: Part Time Shift-Based
Shifts: Saturday & Sunday 06:00am-14:00pm / 14:00pm-22:00pm on rotation
Pay Rate: £16.53 per hour

We're looking for detail-oriented, hands-on individuals to join our Ceramic Core team as Manufacturing Operators. Whether you're already experienced in manufacturing or looking to launch a new, rewarding career, we provide the tools and support you need to thrive.
What You'll Do- Prioritise Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) - your safety always comes first.
- Carry out delicate, hands on tasks with precision and care for quality.
- Work closely with your teammates in a supportive, close knit environment.
- Read and interpret technical/engineering drawings (we'll train you!).
- Assist with setup and transfer of parts across production areas like Press and Kiln.
- Handle small, intricate components using steady hands and fine motor skills.
- Prepare parts for 3D scanning and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
- Be adaptable - pitch in wherever needed to keep production running smoothly.
- Hands on, satisfying work that makes a real impact on high performance aerospace parts.
