Part-Time Contextual Safeguarding Youth Worker

Enfield Council is recruiting a part-time Youth Development Worker within the Contextual Safeguarding team. The post is 18 hours per week (pro-rata of 36) and will require evening and weekend work to engage young people aged 11-19, and up to 25 for those with disabilities.

You will use detached/outreach methods, mentoring, advocacy, information and guidance, one-to-one and group work, and project delivery to reduce risk and promote safe choices.
