Part-Time Community Programs & Volunteer Coordinator

Codi Group is seeking a part-time Community Development Support Worker for The Hive in Newport. The role is 18.5 hours per week, on-site with occasional Saturdays, and is a fixed-term until January 2028. You will help run day-to-day activities and coordinate community sessions to create a welcoming environment.

You will work with volunteers, maintain food hygiene standards, assist with stock control, and support visitors and groups. A related qualification or transferable experience is preferred.
