Part-Time Community Mental Health Recovery Worker

Norfolk and Waveney Mind is seeking a compassionate Recovery Worker for the daytime hub in Norwich. The role supports people in crisis, provides a safe space, and helps reconnect individuals with their strengths and networks.

Expect 1:1 and group sessions, trauma-informed approaches, and collaborative work with peers and clinicians. Hours are part-time (22.5 per week) with a pro rata salary of £25,134 per annum.
