About the role

Support the Head Chef in delivering our fresh food offering, managing station duties, and ensuring quality and consistency of dishes.

About you

• Experience in a similar position preferred; otherwise a strong desire to step up into a Chef de Partie role.
• Passion for fresh produce, consistent flavoursome food and a strong work ethic.
• Clear communication in English, good organisational skills and knowledge of Health & Safety.

• Competitive pay £13.25 - £14.25 per hour (experience related) plus typical additional £1.25 per hour tronc/service payments.
• OTE £14.50 ph - £15.50 ph.
