Part-time Chef - Cobtree Manor Golf Course

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team on a part time basis. This role offers flexibility for professionals seeking a better work life balance, reduced hours, or a more flexible schedule.

The Role

We take great pride in the food we serve, from our vibrant events to our exceptional Clubhouse offerings. As one of our cooks, you'll be a key part of our kitchen team, bringing our dishes to life with creativity and skill.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to the established menu and quality standards.
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to menu planning and the development of new dishes.
• Support and train other kitchen staff as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure all dishes are served in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Allergen and intolerance knowledge.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious dishes.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
