Part-Time Change-of-Tenancy Advisor

Valda Energy Limited in Bicester is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (Change of Tenancy) to join our busy team on a part-time basis up to 22 hours per week. You will handle tenancy change requests via telephone, email and live chat with accuracy.

This role focuses on verification, investigation and timely resolution, acting as the first point of contact for customers moving in or out, and liaising with partners in writing or by phone.
