Job Description

St Helens Council is seeking a part-time Assessment and Review Worker to join the Contact Cares front door at Whiston Hospital. You will contribute to initial contacts, care planning, and referrals, working within a busy multi-disciplinary team.

The role includes 2-hour urgent responses, planned assessments, and a rota spanning across 7 days. A driving licence and car access are required. The council emphasizes equity, safeguarding, and staff development.
