Part-Time Adult Rowing Coach - Mentor & Grow Members

A local rowing club in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a part-time coach for the Men's and Women's adult squads. The role involves supporting members at all levels, mentoring volunteer coaches, and fostering a welcoming environment. Working hours are flexible, starting from 11 hours per week, with a maximum of 22 hours available. Candidates should have recent coaching experience, a Session Coach qualification, and be a current member of British Rowing for insurance. Salary will be dependent on experience.
