Shaw healthcare is looking for an Administrator who is ready to make a positive impact at Mill River Lodge, situated in the picturesque West Sussex town of Horsham. The superb purpose built care home provides 70 spacious en-suite bedrooms for elderly service users with conditions such as Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's or other clinical diagnoses.

Job Responsibilities

• First point of contact for all visitors to the service including allied health professionals
• Reception duties, including answering the phone and dealing with deliveries
• Processing time sheets
• Secretarial filling,
• PA duties to the Home Manager;
• Communicating with head office departments in relation to Fees, purchasing and stock control, financial, payroll, HR, Recruitment and other relevant matters affecting the Home;
• Cash finances (petty cash, amenity fund, residents cash);Coordinate collation, validation of time-sheets with the Home Manager;
• Essential to be Health and Safety aware, to ensure the safety of our services users and colleagues.
• You may be required to undertake any other duties as requested by your Manager.
