Key Responsibilities:- Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally.
- Managing diaries, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.

- Assisting with invoicing and general office administration.
- Providing administrative support to management and staff as required.
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
