Job Description

Part-Time General Administrator (Construction) North Dublin Onsite Flexible Hours

Our client, a well-established and growing construction and external works company in North Dublin, is seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time General Administrator to support their busy office team.

This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys keeping things organised, managing documentation, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of projects and office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring files are accurate and up to date
  • Support document control processes, including drawings, specifications, and project records
  • Raise and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry
  • Maintain records of orders, invoices, and delivery docketsProvide general administrative support to project and office teams
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and document organisation
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to follow up on orders and queries
  • Support basic reporting and tracking of project-related information
Ideal Experience
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Comfortable working with documentation and data entry
  • Experience with purchase orders or accounts admin is an advantage
  • Exposure to construction or a project-based environment is helpful but not essential
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach
