JOB OVERVIEW

The ideal candidate should have good customer service, ICT and communication skills. We are seeking an individual who is well organised, efficient, flexible, calm, friendly, motivated and passionate about providing an excellent support service to our children, staff, contractors and visitors.

WORKING HOURS & PATTERN
  • 25 hours per week (Term Time Only)
  • 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM (3 days per week) & 8:00 AM to 1:45 PM (2 days per week).
  • A punctual 8:00 AM start is an essential operational requirement for this role to provide front desk coverage at school opening.
JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
  • To welcome visitors to reception, answering the telephone, taking messages, deal with enquiries and assist in general administrative tasks
  • Provide reliable, confidential administrative support to the HR function.
  • Conduct supplier research, obtain competitive quotes, and prepare formal work orders and requisitions.
  • Provide administrative and procurement support to the Catering Manager
  • Maintain and update the school's Fixed Assets Register
  • Update and monitor the facilities management compliance database with service dates, certification tracking, and engineering reports.
YOU WILL HAVE:
  • A high level of communication skills with the ability to relate (both verbally and in writing) at all levels
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in ICT systems and administrative technology.
  • Previous work experience in a busy office or school environment
  • A proven ability to work on your own initiative, manage competing priorities, and maintain a positive, "can do" attitude.
