Part-Time Activities Co-ordinator (20hrs)

HC-One Ltd. is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator for a part-time role (20 hours/week) in our dementia, nursing and residential homes.

You will plan engaging activities for Residents, help organise fundraising events, and involve the care home team to foster socialisation and participation with kindness at the core. The role requires experience with vulnerable groups, strong planning and IT skills, and safeguarding awareness.
