City of Doncaster Council is seeking an Alarm Receiving Centre Operator (CDC) to join our team at Civic Office, Doncaster. You will deliver first-class customer service, monitor CCTV, and manage emergency responses 24/7 across various channels, including face-to-face, phone, intercom and email.

The role supports residents and collaborates with St Leger Homes for out-of-hours repairs. Part-time, 26.25 hours per week, on a 4 on 4 off rota, with a Grade 6 salary (£26,403-£27,255 pro rata) plus 8.5%
