Parking Support Officer - Compliance & Customer Care

North Yorkshire Councils seeks a highly organised Parking Support Case Officer to join its parking service team in Scarborough. You will handle PCN processing, respond to inquiries, and maintain compliant, accurate records in a fast-paced office environment.

You will work Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5pm and Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm, with training provided. A strong focus on customer care and data protection is essential.
