About the RoleWe're looking for a proactive and reliable Supervisor to lead our on street operations team in Lambeth. As a key figure in our service delivery, you'll ensure things run smoothly on the ground, support your team to perform at their best, and help drive operational improvements that make a lasting impact.
What You'll Be Doing- Leading and motivating your team on the ground
- Setting goals, tracking performance, and providing real time feedback
- Delivering coaching, training, and support to build a high performing team
- Ensuring service levels and KPIs are consistently met
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement
- Acting as the link between on street operations and senior management
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a hands on supervisory or team leader role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- Confidence managing people and improving performance
- Good commercial awareness and client facing experience
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
- £36,762.61 annual salary
- 42.5 hours per week - Full time, permanent role
