Parking Appeals & Compliance Officer

Bradford Council is seeking an Officer to join the Parking Services Team within Stronger Communities & Regulatory Services. You will investigate, assess and respond to representations against Penalty Charge Notices and support the administration of parking permits and contracts.

You will need at least 3 years' frontline customer service experience, strong written communication, IT skills and the ability to work to deadlines in a busy public service environment.
