Parking & Environmental Enforcement Lead (Secondment)

Worcester City Council is seeking a Technical Supervisor to lead the Parking Services team and oversee environmental enforcement in Worcester. This role focuses on frontline service delivery to keep the city safe, clean and welcoming for residents and visitors.

You will manage a team of Civil Enforcement Officers and Environmental Enforcement staff, develop performance reporting, and progress environmental offences while maintaining high customer service standards.
