Park Experience & Leisure Director - Guest Experience & Growth

Haven is seeking a Head of Park Experience & Leisure Operations to lead Activities, Leisure, Entertainment and Retail, delivering exceptional guest and owner journeys across the park. You will drive revenue, safety and brand standards while guiding a team of Managers in a fast-paced leisure environment.

As a senior leader, you will own the guest/owner experience strategy, leverage insights to improve NPS and advocacy, and collaborate with central teams to optimize performance and costs.
