Paralegal Team Lead: Litigation & Debt Recovery

Muckle LLP in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking an experienced paralegal to join our Commercial Debt Recovery team as a Team Leader. You will manage a volume caseload and support junior team members while delivering a high level of client service.

The role focuses on pre-action disputes, issuing county court claims, obtaining judgments, enforcement, and regular client reporting and meetings, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and business development.
