Paralegal - Wills, Trusts & Probate

Blackburn
Full-time 35 hours per week Monday to Friday

We're looking for a Paralegal to join our Wills, Trusts & Probate team in Blackburn.

You'll work closely with our lawyers, help progress a range of matters and support clients through what can often be sensitive circumstances. This is a great opportunity to develop your experience and build a career in Private Client work.

• Drafting Wills, Codicils, LPAs and Trust documents
• Preparing Probate applications, HMRC forms and estate information
• Liaising with clients, executors, beneficiaries and financial institutions
• Supporting with file opening, billing and progressing matters
• Completing legal research and managing key deadlines

• Previous Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Clear, professional and supportive communication
• Confidence managing deadlines and using your initiative
• A genuine interest in Wills, Trusts and Probate

Experience in Private Client work, a legal qualification or knowledge of a case management system would be an advantage.
