About the RoleWe're seeking a hands on Pantry Supervisor to manage daily operations of coffee machines and vending services across a busy, multi floor site. You'll ensure machines are clean, stocked and fully operational while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee coffee machines and vending across multiple locations
- Manage cleaning, stock levels and machine uptime
- Log and escalate faults; carry out basic troubleshooting
- Monitor performance using digital systems
- Supervise a team of six operatives and coordinate daily tasks
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and health & safety compliance
- Act as a point of contact for client stakeholders
- Experience in pantry, vending, coffee or a similar environment
- Previous supervisory experience (or ready to step up)
- Organised, proactive and confident using digital tools
- Strong understanding of hygiene and safety standards
- High profile Canary Wharf location
