As a PAM Functional Administrator, you play a crucial role in securing our critical systems. You are responsible for setting up and managing tools and processes related to Privileged Access Management (PAM). With your expertise, you contribute to a secure and controlled management of access rights for critical accounts.

Within Stater, we develop and provide mortgage services and platforms for external lenders. With our products and services, we manage 40% of the mortgages in the Netherlands. What are you going to do?

You analyze and optimize the processes around privileged accounts and implement new PAM tools within our organization. You work closely with the Security and Risk teams to develop policies and procedures and to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you guide users in safely managing their access rights and ensure continuous monitoring and improvement of our security measures. Regular reporting and alignment with management are also part of your responsibilities.

• Functional administration of PAM tooling (specific tool to be selected)
• Supporting security audits
• Translating user needs into advice and functional changes
• Coordinating and guiding changes to PAM tooling
• Connect new systems to the PAM tooling
• Supporting technical integrations in collaboration with engineers
• Managing internal and external vendors

You also have:

• Higher professional education level (HBO)
• Affinity with technology, information security, and/or information analysis
• Experience in functional administration
• Experience translating user requirements into functional specifications
• Experience drafting functional designs, user stories for changes, and test cases for changes to the environment
• Experience with IAM and/or PAM
• Experience with governance, risk & compliance (preferred)
• Experience with security and audits (preferred)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and/or
