Palliative Care Support Assistant

You will work closely with registered nurses as part of a compassionate, multidisciplinary team to support the delivery of high-quality specialist palliative care.

You will: Support the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of person-centred palliative care.

Provide care in a compassionate, sensitive and respectful manner.

Work collaboratively with nurses and other professionals to ensure safe, timely and effective care.

Build positive working relationships within the team to support patients and those close to them.
