Job Description
IMMIEDATE START - MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT FOR LOCAL COMMUTE. Our client is looking for an experienced painter & decorator to carry out work in the Portsmouth to Havant area. You must be experienced, must have your own vehicle suitable for work, must have your own tools & whites. You will be carrying out work in social housing sector, re-active / planned maintenance and voids so must have excellent customer service as you may be working in tenanted properties, all aspects of painting and preparations will be carried out.
Qualifications- NVQ preferred
- CSCS Card preferred
- Customer service, dealing with clients / tenants
- Well presented
- Hard working
- Experienced in domestic properties
- Reliable
- Excellent material knowledge
- Own van and tools
- Own whites
