The RoleWe are looking for a reliable Mould Wash Operative to join our team. You will be responsible for treating and removing mould and damp in residential properties, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our tenants. This is a hands on role, ideal for someone with attention to detail and a commitment to high quality work.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and treat mould and damp affected areas in residential properties
- Apply mould cleaning and prevention treatments safely
- Ensure all work meets health and safety standards
- Maintain tools, equipment, and cleaning materials
- Report property issues and complete accurate work records
- Communicate effectively with tenants and supervisors
- Previous experience in mould removal, property maintenance, or cleaning preferred
- Understanding of health and safety procedures and PPE usage
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
