About the Role

Are you a skilled Painter & Decorator with a passion for high-quality finishes and a keen eye for detail? Join our dynamic Facilities Department at Fitness First, where your work will directly contribute to creating inspiring spaces for our members and staff.

As a key member of our team, you'll ensure our clubs are maintained to the highest standards, reflecting the premium experience we offer across all our locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver painting and decorating tasks to a high standard across our London clubs.
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, including working at height.
  • Liaise with club teams and internal departments to coordinate and communicate progress.
  • Prepare materials and equipment in advance to ensure efficient task completion.
  • Use our CAFM platform to plan, prioritise, and record tasks and site visits.
  • Support nationwide projects and be flexible with working hours when required.
  • Work collaboratively with external suppliers and contractors on-site.

    • What We're Looking For

  • Relevant trade qualification (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds) - desirable.
  • Proven experience in painting and decorating roles.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently, flexibly or as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of health and safety practices.
  • Comfortable using digital systems for task management.
  • Full UK driving licence - essential (company vehicle may be provided).
