PAINT SPRAYER - Skelmersdale

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Paint Sprayer to join our well-established client based in Skelmersdale.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paint Sprayer, or someone with an interest in an engineering or manufacturing environment, offering ongoing work and excellent rates of pay.

Shifts

• Week 1: Monday - Thursday, 18:00 - 06:00• Week 2:- Monday - Wednesday, 06:00 - 18:00 (Thursday off)- Friday - Sunday, 18:00 - 06:00• Week 3: Thursday - Sunday, 06:00 - 18:00• Week 4: OFF

Rates of Pay

• £16.97 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Paint Sprayer, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Setting up spray equipment and preparing work areas• Matching and mixing colours based on manufacturers' technical data• Applying primer coats, main coats, and finishing layers• Using paint drying methods and carrying out quality checks• Cleaning and maintaining spray equipment and paint booths• Following all health and safety procedures

Essential Skills

To be successful as a Paint Sprayer, you will need:

• Ability to operate and control spray equipment• Strong attention to detail• Ability to work effectively as part of a team• Hands-on practical skills• Ability to use initiative• Basic mechanical awareness

Training Provided

• Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment
