Paint Shop Technician: Surface Prep & Quality

Thrive Group are recruiting on behalf of a Calne client for a permanent Paint Shop Operative. You will prepare surfaces and metal fabrications before powder coating, including masking, sanding and degreasing, while safely handling components in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to follow specifications. Working hours are Mon-Thu 7.30am-4.30pm and Fri 7.30am-12.30pm, with overtime available.
