Paint Shop Team Leader - Process & Performance

Group Lotus is seeking a Process Supporter for our Hethel plant to lead a team of Production Operatives, ensuring safe, accurate and timely completion of daily tasks. You will help maintain production capability at shift start, drive continuous improvement and manage key budgets.

You will work in a fast-paced environment in the Paint Shop, overseeing daily planning and collaboration with Operators and Supplie Leader to maximise productivity.
