ADE Power is seeking a detail-oriented Paint Prepper to join our team. This role involves preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking to ensure a high-quality finish.

The ideal candidate will have experience in surface preparation and a strong understanding of industrial painting processes. Responsibilities include inspecting surfaces, cleaning and degreasing, scraping and sanding, filling cracks, masking, maintaining a safe workspace, and assisting painters with preparation
