Paint Prep Team Leader - Lead & Quality

Rehlko is seeking a Paint Team Leader in Loughborough to lead the Paint Prep team, drive quality, and ensure efficient production. You will oversee painting preparation processes and uphold ISO9001 standards while coaching staff and coordinating with the Production Team.

The role offers day and afternoon shifts (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm) with a 15% shift allowance, plus benefits including 25 days of annual leave and private healthcare.
