Paid Social Strategist


As a Paid Social Strategist, you'll work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and Digital Team to shape and grow Camper's global Paid Social campaigns - bringing new ideas and a strong commitment to achieving measurable, high-impact results.

Responsibilities

Own paid social strategy and execution on Meta and TikTok, developing campaigns that align with our business goals

Lead budgeting and forecasting to ensure media spend is efficient, well-planned, and delivers strong ROAS across all campaigns.

Manage the full campaign lifecycle, from setup and launch to ongoing optimization and post-campaign analysis, consistently meeting KPIs like ROAS, CR% and CPL.

Provide clear, data-driven insights and reports to guide strategy adjustments and demonstrate campaign impact to stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement through testing and experimentation with creatives, targeting, and formats to unlock new growth opportunities.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including brand, creative, analytics, and product to ensure campaigns are aligned and integrated with wider brand and commercial initiatives.

Serve as the internal expert on paid social, sharing knowledge and communicating strategy, performance, and plans clearly across the business. Required

3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, preferably in a fast-paced digital marketing agency or e-commerce environment, with a proven track record of delivering strong ROAS.

Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, including advanced campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, and performance optimization across multiple verticals.

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach-able to independently interpret campaign data, extract actionable insights, and implement A/B tests and optimization strategies to improve KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CPL.

Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset, capable of developing scalable paid social strategies, spotting new growth opportunities, and confidently driving execution from concept through to results.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills-fluent in English and able to clearly present campaign performance, recommendations, and plans to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.


Nice to have

Passion for footwear, fashion & lifestyle: familiarity with Camper and key competitors, with an understanding of how paid social fits within this sector.

Proficiency in GA4: comfortable working with GA4 to analyze user behavior and campaign attribution beyond paid social channels.

Familiarity with CRM systems and data management to better align paid social campaigns with sales and customer data insights.
