Paid Peer Mentor: Support First-Year Students & Leadership

Royal Holloway, University of London, is recruiting Peer Mentors to support first-year students as they transition to university life. The role is paid, with £13.90 per hour for up to 20 hours across the academic year, and you must be a current Royal Holloway student in 2026-27.

Training and mentoring sessions in Terms 1 and 2 are required. As a Peer Mentor you'll meet a small group of new students, share your experiences to help them settle in, and signpost to academic and wellbeing support.
