Position Overview

The firm is seeking a motivated Law Intern for a physical, full-time internship. This role is designed for students who are looking to move beyond textbook law and engage with real-world legal challenges. Interns are expected to be proactive and will be integrated into the firm's daily operations to support the legal team in active matters.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Law (3-year or 5-year LL.B. program).

  • Skills: Strong fundamental knowledge of Corporate Law and Allied Statutes.

    • Proficiency in legal research tools (SCC Online, Manupatra, etc.).

    • Effective drafting and communication skills.

    • A professional attitude with a keen eye for detail.

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

  • Case Research: Assisting the team with detailed research on corporate legal precedents and statutory interpretations.

  • Drafting: Preparing initial drafts of legal opinions, contracts, and various commercial documents.

  • Corporate Support: Assisting in the management of corporate filings and legal documentation for clients.

  • Office Participation: Attending briefings and participating in strategy discussions related to ongoing legal assignments.
