Job Description

We are looking for a Paid Advertisement Manager to lead and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, performance-driven, and experienced in scaling high-ROI campaigns in e-commerce or design industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively and ensure consistent ROI growth.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad assets.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Proven track record of managing ad budgets exceeding €10K/month.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with data visualization/reporting.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
