Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT) Band 5+ Experience Required

    Location: Dorking, Mole Valley Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (Term-Time Only) Start Date: September 2025 Salary: £35,000 £48,000 per annum (depending on experience) Visa Sponsorship Available for the Right Candidate

We are seeking a confident and experienced Speech and Language Therapist (Band 5 and above) to deliver and embed high-quality communication support for children and young people with Autism, ADHD, and SEMH. You will be the key speech and language professional on site, supported by an external clinical supervisor and a growing team of colleagues who understand the importance of integrated therapeutic support.

What We re Looking For

    HCPC Registration (essential) Significant paediatric experience, with a strong understanding of Autism, ADHD, and SEMH Confident working independently and contributing to whole-school communication approaches Skilled in AAC, social communication strategies, and inclusive communication environments Previous experience in schools is helpful but not essential if you bring relevant transferable skills
